Personalities
Featuring my best friend’s daughter, who has just turned four. I see a lot of kids in my line of work, but she is unique.
Great-Grandson
Today CJ and I left the kids with a babysitter while we went to the funeral of one of TJ’s great-grandfathers. TJ is one of nineteen great-grandkids.
Proto-Crawling: The First Sign
For the first time, TJ was trying to get his knees under him today. I’m looking forward to his crawling ability, because Louisette found crawling SO EXCITING. I’m also dreading that time, because that was about when Louisette’s curiosity and self-destructive urges were at their most focused. If there was a powerpoint, she had to go to it – over and over again, even if I took her to another room with a bunch of toys.
Youngests
This is TJ and his youngest cousin (so far). She has recently turned two, and is quite fascinated by him. She has TJ’s eyes and Louisette’s hair, which is adorable!
Big-Headed (or not)
TJ is growing out of his multitude of beanies, and the weather is warming up by the day, so I thought I’d see if I could find him a sunhat. I could not. Well, I found one, but it’s a teensy bit too large. . .
